Thank you for signing up to be a speaker at ROM 2026
We are looking forward to welcoming you to ROM 2026 on March the 19th. We have put together this speaker pack to ensure you’re aware of all deadlines, guidelines and event information.
2026 is set to be even bigger and better, with a focus theme of Accelerated Lifecycles Due to Rapid Innovation.
Rapid innovation is shortening the lifecycle of products, technologies, skills and business models across industries. Change is happening more frequently, requiring organisations and individuals to adapt at a faster pace.
The ROM 2026 theme focuses on the practical impact of these accelerated lifecycles on strategy, operations and leadership. Speakers are encouraged to align their content to how faster innovation cycles are shaping decision-making, capability development and long-term relevance.

The deadline for your PowerPoint submission is the 20th of February. Please submit your PowerPoint file by sending directly to Gemma.hawkins@reboundeu.com
Your PowerPoint will be reviewed by the ROM team and we will be in contact should there be any queries.
ROM is a modern seminar, so expect an open stage, meaning no podium, but there will be floor wedge monitors on stage for you to look at your slides, and your notes. On the morning of the event, you will be shown around and walked through the stage set up, this will include the process for your handsfree microphone before your slot.
Our host for the event will be Marijana Abt, who will welcome you on stage for your session.
Q&A sessions will be grouped where the speakers are part of the same subject. For example BOM Analytics, will see both Accuris and Z2 Data on stage together for their 10 minute Q&A session. Speakers with their own subject will host the Q&A alone.
ROM 2026 will be held at Newbury Racecourse, Grandstand 2nd floor. This will be clearly signposted on site.
