We’d like to invite you to join Rebound for an unforgettable Oktoberfest experience in Munich.

Enjoy a fantastic evening of Bavarian hospitality, great food, traditional entertainment, and the unique atmosphere of one of the world’s most famous festivals.

The Schedule

We look forward to welcoming you for an outstanding Oktoberfest experience.

  • Meet at the Hotel – 15:00 – 15:30

    Guests will meet their Rebound hosts in the hotel lobby before departing for Oktoberfest at 15:30.

    Hotel Details:

    Dorint Hotel München/Garching Parkring 51 85748 Garching, Germany

  • Oktoberfest Experience – 17:00 – 23:00

    We will arrive at the Ochsenbraterei tent no later than 17:00 and make our way to our reserved seating area.

    Expect traditional Bavarian food and drink, live music, great company, and an unforgettable Oktoberfest atmosphere.

  • Return to the Hotel – 23:00 – 00:00

    The evening will end at around 11:00pm, where your Rebound hosts will arrange for transportation back to the hotel.

    Alternatively, if you are returning home, your hosts will arrange for transportation back to your desired address.

  • Departure Day – 08:00 – 12:00

    Guests will check out and depart for the airport on the morning of 25 September 2026.

    Your Rebound hosts will be available to assist with transportation arrangements as required.
