We’d like to invite you to join Rebound for an unforgettable Oktoberfest experience in Munich.

Enjoy a fantastic evening of Bavarian hospitality, great food, traditional entertainment, and the unique atmosphere of one of the world’s most famous festivals.

The Schedule

We look forward to welcoming you for an outstanding Oktoberfest experience.

  • Arrival Day – 12:00 – 00:00

    Guests will arrive in Munich on the day before the event. Your Rebound hosts will coordinate transportation from the airport to the hotel.

    After check-in, you’ll have time to explore Munich, relax, and enjoy dinner with your hosts before the main event.

  • Munich & Traditional Attire – 08:00 – 14:00

    If not already arranged, your Rebound hosts will help you secure your traditional Oktoberfest attire, whether that’s Lederhosen or a Dirndl, ready for the evening ahead.

    You’ll then have free time to explore Munich, enjoy lunch, and prepare for the festivities.

  • Meet at the Hotel – 14:00 – 14:30

    Guests will meet their Rebound hosts in the hotel lobby before departing for Oktoberfest at 14:30.

  • Oktoberfest Experience – 16:30 – 23:00

    We will arrive at the Löwenbräu tent no later than 16:30 and make our way to our reserved seating area.

    Expect traditional Bavarian food and drink, live music, great company, and an unforgettable Oktoberfest atmosphere.

  • Return to the Hotel – 23:00 – 00:00

    The evening will end at around 11:00pm, where your Rebound hosts will arrange for transportation back to the hotel.

  • Departure Day – 08:00 – 12:00

    Guests will check out and depart for the airport on the morning of 4th October 2026.

    Your Rebound hosts will be available to assist with transportation arrangements as required.
